Absolutely terrible doctor. Appointments are about 4 minutes or less. She doesn't seem to care and is quick to medicate with irrelevant medications (this is not just my opinion as it was confirmed by a specialist). Doesn't listen, and i dread seeing her, which i only do when i require a referral.

I had the worst experience with dr. Liu. She is not really interested in the health problems of her patients. If you have a chronic disease she will just give you the same medication, doesn't matter if it's still work for you or not.She is afraid to give you any new medication or to change the dosage for old one. So, if you as a patient, know exactly what your disease and the cure is, just go there and tell her to write you a prescription! This is that matters for her: to go there and swipe the card! Only after being her patient for 1 year - when I went there only for prescription refills - she just realized that I have to do some blood tests. The test results were not too good but she only gave me the same medication that I had till know and told me to make some positive changes in my life style and go back after 3 month!!!! THAT WAS ALL SHE SAID!!!! She didn't bother to explain me absolute anything about the test results or to give me any advice or example about the important changes that I have to make! And all that after waiting there to see her almost 1h. She just talked to me like 5 min. at most and then somebody called her and she started talking on the phone; seeing that I'm not leaving she just "bother" to look at me and told me that "we are done", so I can go!!! I would feel better if "somebody" will read this message and really do something about this kind of behavior. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who had this experience with her.

Dr. Liu is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to her patients and has an uncanny ability to remember even multiple chronic ailments of new patients. Her staff is amazing.
