My father is awaiting test results which he desperately needs.... Dr Jain has had those results for 2.5 weeks as per the Napanee Hospital and she still has not had the time to look at them.... Really !!!

Very dispointed with the receptionist.I didnt even get to see the doctor. I went to the clinic for first time but would never go there again. A day before going there I called to book appointment, but I was told they don't book appointments for new patients. Clinic business hours are 9-4 So, I took half day from work to visit the doctor. When I visited there,they took my healthcard,entered information and asked me to sit. After 15 mins of wait receptionist tells me that they can't take anymore patients,if you are at walk-in patient, you should come before 2'0 clock. I have never heard walk-in patients have different time rules than other patients. And if you do have such rules, mention it on phone, so someone don't waste their half day at work. I was referred to this doctor by a friend, but bcz of her staff, I would never visit her.

A very frustrating office. It kind of feels as though you have to be your own Doctor with Dr. Jain. Messages are not returned, health issues are not addressed properly, and with a little research I can dictate the flow of what I actually need. Not fun. To mirror another comment, the bedside manner is a bit off putting. There is opportunity in professionalism.

Not impressed with the professionalism or knowledge - I went in for a consult and Dr. Jain stood at her counter charting, barely made eye contact. She didn't really know my name or remember who I was...then she wrote the wrong name on my prescription! that is a huge issue in terms of patient confidentiality (another patient's name was on my script). When asking her about discontinuing my medication, she did not ask basic questions to determine whether this was wise - she just told me how to wean off (As a mental health professional myself, I found this very alarming). And then, when I was concerned about the referral/wait time for having an IUD removed, she stated I could try doing it myself. Are you serious?

Now that Dr. Jain is in her own office, I find that the wait times aren't as bad as they used to be. I also find it easier to make same day appointments now. She is the best doctor I've had
