Absolutely horrified by this doctor. My wife is a patient of hers, and went in for a breast examination. Not once, but TWICE, the staff failed to fax a requisition for an ultrasound when a lump was found. Their lackadaisical approach to something as serious as a breast lump is truly appalling. When they did finally fax it, they sent it to a clinic that no longer does breast imaging. Office hours and staff demeanor are equally as poor. Incompetence all around of the highest degree.

Dr. Piccinin stays current with care guidelines and offers excellent advice. She is always on time and her and her staff are friendly and caring.

Dr. Susan is fantastic - even though I have moved away from Hamilton I still make the drive in for appts. I truly find her amazing!
