Knows her stuff, but takes forever to get in to see her even with an appointment.

The staff is wonderful there, Dr. Ma never pushes you to do any treatment/procedure or take any medications that aren't 100% necessary. They are often behind but I just expect that with any doctors office. I feel like it means she is not speeding through appointments to get to the next. Important when your the one in the room.
