I agree that Dr. Bailey is difficult to contact. But we have a responsibility to ourselves to help lessen the problem. Perhaps we could do things such as making our next appointment when done with that day's appointment. Before going, write down questions and concerns. Be Prepared: Also write down what refills of daily and occasional meds are in need of renewals Give reminder to be informed of any recent test results plus possible treatments. The doctor's role is to give us the most recent information to treat our health issues. They help us to make informed decisions. BUT - these are OUR bodies and OUR health conditions. Ultimately, WE have final say. Being a long time patient, I've dealt with a few personnel changes in this office over the years. Just wanted to say that I believe that these ladies work very well together and are a definite asset to the practice.

Impossible to get through to the office, so I took a Friday off work to book an appointment in person, and of course they were on vacation that day. A lot of comments say he's too busy, I'd say yes, too busy doing everything but being in the office. Terrible hours, and takes at least two weeks of calling every 15 minutes to get through. He is a very nice guy though, and I do like him as a doctor…I've just given up trying to get an appointment.

Very hard to contact the office, has a very rude receptionist. Love Leah great nurse. Love Dr Baily but seems to be unable to give any direct answers to questions.

Can be difficult to get hold of to make an appointment, staff maybe over worked??

Always a pleasure to visit, orders tests when he feels they are necessary,listens to my concerns,staff are very pleasant.

This doctor is too busy to pay attention to detail.Tests are not ordered when he has suggested they be done and results are not forwarded to specialists in time for them to have necessary information at the patient's appointment. It is almost impossible to get through to his office by phone. Very disappointing to say the least.

It is hard to rate a Dr as he or she may be called to an emergency at any time. I do however concur with the other comments as to the staff and hours of operation as poor. Dr. Bailey is a super nice guy and has always been fair with his analysis and has always sent me for tests if he could not determine in the office. I just wish it did not take weeks or months to get an appointment.

Very frusterating to try to get ahold of. They are closed Wednesdays and the days they are open, they close form 12-2pm which prevents me from being able to go on my lunch. The secretaries are extremly rude and will refuse to book an appointment if your to "vague" in your reason for the appointment.I've been seeing Dr. Bailey for 16 years and he still has to review his notes to remember anything about me.

He works 3.5 days a week so it's no wonder it takes forever to get an appointment. He is not knowledgeable about specialized aspects of the practice and I find him very distant.
