Dr Frienons staff are very sensitive as he is. Has notices up saying: this office will not tolerate abuse. Well his staff are so abrupt n short tempered he brings on his own abuse he's set the bar so low. After all he's dealing with sick people. I was hung up on by his office, first time in my 84 years has a doctors office hung up on me. His office needs a shake up call.
