Dr Cleminson is my most favourite doctor. I had a very bad experience in emergency department at Belleville hospital two weeks ago. We sat in the emerg for 12 hours only to be seen by the most uncaring dr. I have ever had the experience of dealing with.Dr MacDonald, who was disrespectful,of any pain I was in and as a matter of fact she could have cared less. I had an xray but she said she saw nothing that REALLY alarmed her.But she did order a ct scan for the next day.Again we had a wait time of 8 hrs.I was seen by another dr this time and was given a follow up appointment with DR Cleminson, whom I got an appointment with 4 days later. He did see a blockage starting in the bowel,something she could not see. Dr Cleminson is so caring and takes the time to explain what is going on.He is the best surgeon I have ever had and the experience of knowing, and I trust my life with him. He is the best. The wait time in his office was a mere 10 minutes,before I saw him. He checked me out explained everything and I was good to go all in about twenty minutes.Seems funny you can see a surgeon on very short notice, but yet in emergency it takes literally hours just to be looked at. I wish Dr. Cleminson was the head of emerg, he's one Dr who gets things done!!!Dr Macdonald??? Not so much, she should not be reading xrays, sometimes our life depends on the right judgment,and not her annoying attitude!! I will never see her again!!
