Donna is very knowledgeable and has a massive workload. Taking the time to acknowledge that and asking how her day is will make her day. Dr Simmons is a great Doctor and is a genuine kind person with great bedside manner.

My kids don't even like going to her. Donna scowls and glares. Dr is not helpful, just fake caring

Donna does not send in referrals for months. Even to Sick Kids. After many calls she finally does it wrong. She is mean to patients and rude.
