Dr. Snape is very knowledgeable, kind and takes the time to explain things very well. Having to wait sometimes is well worth it. I recommend him whole heartedly.

Trying call office many time no answer like to know if he is still practising to make appointment for a patient of his.

Waited for more than 2 hours. When I spoke to his receptionist about it they said "that's what you should expect when you're going to the Dr." I left without seeing him.

He has been my family's doctor for over 10 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. He is a wonderful doctor that is knowledgeable,respectful,kind,caring, understanding and straight to the point of what's going on with you. He will always take the time to explain things if needed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Snape for over thirty years. He is an excellent doctor. He needs to schedule his patient further apart though, there have been times when I have waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time, which honestly I do not think is fair to me. All in all an excellent doctor, wont know what I will do when he retires.

Dr. Snape is best doctor around. It will be a great shame when he retires because he is the only doctor that I have dealt with in 55 years that knows what he is doing and care about you as a person not just a patient.

The great thing about him is he will take his time with you if you need it. The bad, when you just need to see him for a minute it will take at least an hour. The trade off is well worth though.

Dr. Snape is, hands down, the best doctor out there. If he feels he needs to speand a half hour with you , then that's what he does. I have never felt rushed, or that a problem was left to talk about at a later date. He is easy to talk to and really cares about his work. It will be a sad day when he reitres. :) JaneAnn M.

Dr. Snape is a very caring understanding and knowledgable doctor. I have never dealt with a better doctor. It will be a real shame when he retires. The punctuality score has nothing to do with the doctor but how his staff arranges his schedule.
