Not a good physician at all. Knowledge is poor, cannot insert central lines without problems, doesn't have any bedside manners.

Dr. Powell was supportive and helpful to me when my Husband had a Cardiac Arrest and was in ICU..She was professional and answered all our questions...as an R.N. I would recommend her highly...
