I have been with Dr. Bruner for over 20 years. His recent sickness forced me to find another doctor, I am glad he is back at work in April 2017, at reduced work hours. I was trying to have my record transfer to my new doctor. The reception is the worst I have ever encountered at any office. She constantly put me on hold, and then keep telling me Dr. Bruner is only working a few hours a week even BEFORE I told her that I only want my file transfer, I had to repeat my request a few time because she forgot the whole thing in between holds. I was unable to book an appointment with Dr. Burner for about 4 months, so I was forced to find another doctor, and now I am being charged $50.00 for the file transfer, the reception said I can stay with Dr. Burner or I have to pay the $50.00 for the file transfer. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.

Punctual yes but I felt like a number only. I saw him when my Doctor was away and he dismissed an urgent medical issue that I ended up in emerg. for later the same day. Not great bedside manner.

I have been going to Dr. Bruner for several years and the longest I have had to wait to see him is fifteen minutes. He does not overbook his patients.
