Dr. Ortiz-Singh very thorough & knowledgeable however- Staff at Brampton clinic very poor-twice have forgotten to give me information about a referral after I have waited months. Finally called them and they say they have made the referral however both times I have not been advised of the date or procedures needed prior to making an appt.

- our waiting period is longer than her time spent with us - seems to be in a hurry - medical knowledge is good - friendly but we did not feel the tender loving touch we are looking in a doctor
