Dr Kimmy Goyal is the most professional & compassionate doctor I've ever had experience with. She is very thorough and is genuinely concerned for her patients' well-being. She is always on time and provides a number of services in her office, it is very convenient. I strongly recommend Dr Goyal to everyone and anyone!

Daughter went to clinic due to sore throat. Mention it was sore, and raw, hard to swallow. Dr, looked at throats said yes it's red and then just gave prescription and left. No swab was done to find out if the antibiotics will end up being correct, or if she had streptococcus or a virus. She also didn't ask any question of health or job. Very dismissive. Second time a family member has been there and rushed. Last time I was patient and stated symptoms and all I got was oh, it's sinuses.

I went to see this "doctor" earlier this year after seeing an advertisement outside her clinic stating "accepting new patients". My doctor of 29 years just retired and i was looking for a female doctor. Boy was i disappointed. Within a few minutes into our initial appointment she was extremely rude and stuck up and showed no interest in having me as a patient. In fact she went ahead a told me the office policy requires that the patient sees the doctor at least 3 times before she can become your family physician - which I was never informed of when i first signed. Additionally, the "office policy" states only 1 problem per visit - is this what doctors are sworn to when they take their oath? Extremely rude individual who lacks people skills.

Great Dr. Who I have seen for 2yrs now. Constructive criticism , please take a little more time with each pateint. Alot can be discovered about a patient's health through conversation that might not be mentioned otherwise. Word of advice to patients: be prepared with a list of your concerns and sypmtons about your single issue. This may help you not feel as rushed.

She is great - I had a lot of issues in which other doctors would never take the time to help me with as they claim "im just a woman its normal"..Dr. Goyal went beyond to help find the problem, and luckily for me, she did.. and since, have been treated accordingly.. I dont know what could've happened to me, if i didnt have such an amazing, caring doctor to help.

dr. Goyal is a true professional, however, the service provided is complete in a rush. Some of the staff at Wexford and HWY10 really need to have a Customer Service Excellence training. Many issues are seemed to be more important than the patient registering or asking questions.

She is a great doctor. I don't think it is fair to give her a rating based on the staff at the clinic though. Dr. Goyal is very caring, my whole family goes to see her. The staff at the Heartlake town centre however I am not happy with.
