Dr D is very good in handling patients and listens very carefully. Best Endocrinologist. Both myself and my husband are visiting him for the past couple of years and never ever had any bitter experience, both with staff and the Doctor. The are great together.

Have to call several times before someone responds. Tried calling today, "due to shortage of staff, phone will not be answered". C'mon, hire a temp!!!

They call you tell you to call back but you can't get a hold of anyone..And they do not answer there phones on Fridays I was told maybe they should give you a number that you can call back instead of general number,this is when the doctor calls you not his staff still waiting to hear and get a hold of them for 3 days now.. Very upsetting...And makes one worry about why they called ...
