The biggest problem in this office is the receptionist: very rude and usually brush off your request. It is impossible to get a message conveyed to the Dr.

I find the doctor very helpful and caring. I have concerns with her receptionist. I feel she is rude and doesn't listen and couldn't be less helpful. She makes many mistakes with specialist referrals causing delays in treatment. She has also screwed up my prescriptions and forgot to fax them to the pharmacy. If I ask too many questions she seems annoyed. That's if you can get her to answer the phone.

Don't think much of her. Have been there maybe 10 times in 2 years. Out that 10 have maybe seen her 6 times. The other 4 she was not there and had another Dr. looking after her patients. Never sends you for tests. You need to ask her to as if you were the Dr. Always sitting at her desk eating fruits & veggies while you are in her office. Not professional. Her receptionist not very friendly on the phone. My other Dr. retired after being with him for many years and was sent to her.

The doctor is kind and personable; her knowledge is good too. You can usually get an appointment fairly soon (within the week), and she listens to your concerns. The problem is her reception. The lady is pleasant to talk to in person, but a completely different personality over the phone! She’s rushed, doesn’t bother with the pleasantries, very curt, and condescending. It’s like she’s implying, “Stop wasting my time, I don’t care how you do!” If I’m taking time to ask after how you do, it’s only decent manners you return the favor. If I ever change doctors, it would be because of the reception.

I find that when I go or call, my question is answered right away. The waiting room is kinda small but it`s not to bad, because your not there very long.
