Met Dr. Thompson in Urgent Care at the Willet Hospital. Asked her to look at my back which has become very sore. I had brought a copy of an Xray and report I had done right after all my back problems started. I had previously called the Hospital to make sure a second opinion could be provided since my G.P. had quit. I was assured it could both by phone to the hospital and by Dr. Thompson right in the Urgent Care at the Willet. After getting new X rays which she ordered and taking and reviewing the old picture the result was..you need an MRI. This doctor decided after viewing the old x ray she wasn't gonna tell me anything of either x ray or order the MRI recommended. I will admit when informed of the flip flop by Dr. Thompson I really wasn't interested in anything she had to say she had already lost my respect worrying about her doctor friends instead of telling me what happened.. So as I have reported, knowledge ,who would know she wasn't gonna share it..helpfulness caring..well I need an MRI but have no idea why or anyway to get one ordered and she knows it..thats why I was at the hospital and she never orders it. Punctuality yes I can assure you I was moved through. Staff, they were good other then her and the total waste of time and tax payer money seeing a physician and getting no results because its more important to protect doctors images then patients health in Dr. Thompsons mind.

My GP was not helpful at all Dr. Thompson was a caring doctor that took over and after her help and the help of nurses coming every day to help I am feeling a lot better.
