Every time I left her office, I would ask myself, why do I continue to see her? Her bedside manner is simply atrocious. A very stone-cold person, who never displayed any compassion or empathy during any visit with her, even through my difficult issues such as miscarriages, there was no change in attitude. I often left felt like I was wasting her time & don't get me started about the eye rolls. Please know that I'm a very positive, upbeat friendly person. I don't complain. I'm the type that only sees a doctor for serious matters, or physical exams, so it takes a lot for me to speak out like I am in this forum. Although I had seen her for many years, I only remained a patient because finding a family doctor in the Halton region is difficult. I've thankfully found someone new & am no longer a patient. In addition to her poor behaviour, her punctuality is poor too. I can't think of one time that my wait to see her was under an hour. The facilities are clean. The administrative staff always seems to change. I would never ever recommend her to anyone.

Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and informative. Made time for each family member needing help. Gave great advice and worked for the patients' best interests. For those who had Dr. T. Durcan, she is the younger female version of this great family doctor! Staff have been completely on top of reports and getting help>>>also very friendly. Incredible group caring for elderly mother too

Dr. Jerome can seem a little condescending at times but overall I have found her to be knowledgeable, caring and eager to listen. My experience with the staff has always been great.

The receptionist is always rude and disrespectful towards myself and my family. Dr.Jerome sounds very knowledgeable and understanding, yet not always giving the right advice though.

Dr. Jerome has been my doctor since I moved to Burlington three years ago. I am so lucky to have her. I couldn't have found anyone better.

Dr Jerome is patient and kind. She explains results clearly and is always open to all issues that you are facing. It is not difficult to get an appointment with her when you need one immediately. She is thorough and a very good doctor.

Dr. Jerome is in temporary office. Unfortunately the design of the office is at angles and this can be confusing to both young and old patients. She was running late. This is a perpetual problem according to other comments. She perhaps should schedule patients in 45 minutes block when she expects to spend 30 minutes. This reduces the frustration of waiting. Dr. Jerome seems genuinely interested in her patients. She is a good listener. You can actually have an intelligent conversation with her. She is bright and intelligent. She does not hide the fact that she is a relative new physician.
