Dr Huang can be positive and personable. She can also be incredibly insensitive, abrupt and dismissive. Also, appointments need to be booked at least 2 weeks prior which doesn't help for immediate needs like strep, UTIs etc.

Dr Huang is personable and caring. She discusses issues in depth and is to the point. Great service and always makes me feel I am being listened to. If she doesn't know the answer she will refer to a specialist.

Dr. Ann is excellent as a diagnostic dr. And good at referring to specialist when necessary. Also has phoned me at home herself about test results....don't get that very often anymore but she does.
