reception is always rude. He has way too many patients so I can't get to see him for weeks. He's my family doctor and I have no access to him, even at his walk-in they won't disclose when he works there so I can't even get in that way! Brutal doctor

Do people forget that when Dr's run late its usually because they have tried to squeeze someone with an urgent issue in? Haven't we all made that pleading call? "Can he please see me today?" I know I have and I am so appreciative when they can squeeze me in.

Been his patient for about 10 years. He was my fiancés Dr. at the time and he agreed to take me on as a patient. Dr. Taylors staff are great, especially Lynn and Darlene. They are efficient and understanding, always have smiles on their faces and do their best to help every time I call. I think that is pretty amazing because when I look around the waiting room most of the people there look miserable and annoyed. I've heard those ladies be treated very rudely several times, and they just keep smiling! Dr. Taylor is great and what he does in his spare time is none of my business. He shifts his schedule so he has day/evening and weekend appointments available, so I never have to take time off from work to see him. So if he plays golf in the morning before he comes to the office - good for him! He's smart, kind, down to earth, follows through, remembers things I tell him and takes his time while he's in with me. I think a lot of people forget that you will generally be treated well by others if you treat them well. If you are unhappy with the care find a new doctor I'm sure your spot will be filled very quickly. Smiles, gratitude, manners and patience go along way.

If vacations are top priority he is the best doctor ever. Seems that every time I call he is going on vacation, on vacation, or just back from vacation. You have to see him for one thing and one thing only, and boy does he let you know it. Staff doesn't return phone calls.

He is rarely on time but like the other comments when he is with you he takes his time. His staff are not the nicest ppl as they are short and abrupt.

Although my rating appears high, the last time my husband needed to see him, his exact words were...'I'm leaving on vacation and it's not that important'. The appointment was regarding my husband high blood pressure. Hope you enjoyed your vaca.

I'd rather wait 3 hours for a caring compasionate Dr. (like Dr. Taylor) that takes time to listen and ask questions, he never rushes me, never cuts me off, is very thorough, THAN be seen on time by an impatient, one issue per visit, heartless, ego-maniac. I've had a chronic pain condition for years and he has made it a prority to send me to anyone and everyone that could help, also he doesn't get insulted or annoyed if I suggest something I've found - Dr. Taylor always treats me with kindness and respect. I was waiting in the walk in clinic once to have stitches removed and it was his day off, he happened to stop by and took me in himself - On his day off!(after a golf game)Not many Dr's would do that, thats great patient care. In my opinion he's a great Dr.

I don't trust many people. But Doctor Taylor I find trustworthy, Helpful and very understanding. He gives the impression that he is human like anyone else and does not make you feel insignificant. He may not always be on time. But he is friendly and if he is not sure what ails you, he'll send you to someone who may be specialised in that area.

Cares more about his golf game than his patients. Appointment times are not kept. When he does show up, you feel like an inconvenience. I received little help over a chronic condition that only got worse while in his care.

Dr. Taylor. I've been his patient for 6 years. He's the best. The only reason he's not always on time with his apts is because once he's in with you he takes his time and gives you his full attention. His staff is great and they get to know you by name and are very helpful. He is upto date on the newest medications and treatments and is always willing to explore any possible solutions to my health concerns. He never rushes me or makes me feel like a bother. If more Doctors were like him the Candian medical system would be much more efficient.
