Expect a long wait time due to large number of patience. Could use a larger facility. Sometimes waiting room is full.

I am an 80 year old gentleman who has a cottage booked for the month of July in PEI but unable to drive there due to eye problems; Dr Singer took time out of his busy schedule today and performed laser surgery on my eye at Joe Brant Hospital and this evening I can see as good as ever and will now be able to drive my car to PEI. What other specialist would do an act of kindness like that except the knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. Singer? Thanks again Doc

Dr Singer has performed retainal laser surgury on me a few times...he is professional and thorough. Best Doctor I have had in regards to information sharing and taking time to advise/inform patients. Expect a wait but you will be well taken care of.

Dr. Singer took on my son as a hospital emergency referral. He has been exceptional. When my son had frequent extreme eye pain after an injury, Dr. Singer saw him immediately. He was always patient, reassuring and calm. He has always been forthcoming with medical information, never rushed and was never patronizing toward us. His care and concern for his patients is rare and special. He is also fortunate to have very hardworking staff who have a great sense of humour. I don't mind the wait for our appointments because Dr. Singer fit us in when we needed him, and it's our turn to wait while he sees other patients who are in crisis. Sharon

Dr. Singer has been my eye specialist for many years. He explains everything to me in detail. He is caring attentive to all of his patients. HIs staff are exceptionally kind also. Joan Colquhoun
