Punctuality is great.... as far seeing the patient at an appointed time and date in the Dr.'s office is concerned."Punctuality" otherwise is far less than impressive. When one is told "we'll be in touch within 10 days or two weeks" and nobody calls (as of today) 46 days!!.... so much for punctuality. The agony that I'm enduring, and not even a single tablet prescribed since the end of March, never mind any treatment(I.E. 8 months!)is an absolute disappointment, to say the least. Dr. Killlorn is a wonderful man, seems very caring and experienced; a pleasure to talk with. But there is something desperatly lacking in his practice. Is it with the staff? They, too, seem to be great individuals. Hence, the question is: why is there no adequate communications and interaction with the patients? If one is told "we'll contact you within 2 weeks" then do so, at least to say that there is a delay, for whatever reason and until whatever date. Is that too much to ask for? Earlier, this past summer, after 10 weeks of my absolute agony, one of my children was so fed up and called Dr. Killorn's office to find out what the results of a litany of tests, scans, blood analyses FINALLY were and when precisely, as promised, my next appointment date will be. This was on an early Friday morning. She told me that someone would call me during the same day. By mid day of the FOLLOWING Monday nobody called. I called the hospital on Monday afternoon and was told to come in the next day.Ostensibly, they had no idea that they were to look after me!!! Pleasant deportment, great expertise, etc. are all superb, but if the patient suffers for no explicable reason and does not even deserve a simple 30 second phone call, what kind of a rating does one attribue???? Yes, I have very serious lung issue (and no, I am not a smoker)and sadly, one of the most reputable lung specialists appears to be simply ignoring me.What is going on? An explanation (good or bad) would be more tan welcome. Nothing would give me greater satisfaction than to be able to give a straight 5 rating in every category. After all my agony, after all these months.... and since this horror continues, there is no way that I can do so.

First visit today for a pre op check up.Dr Killorn instilled confidence in me and put my mind at rest great guy ,need more like him !!

Dr Killorn is amazing. He sent me for tests and we found out that I have asthma when other doctors findings were always inconclusive. When I was ill he took the time to call in a prescription for me as he had no appointments available. He is the best!

He is extremely attentive, very caring. Explains everything in detail. Most doctors make me feel like I am just another number, but Dr. Killorn actually cares about his patients. Best Dr. I have met.

ORDERED TESTS WHICH FOUND BLOOD CLOT IN LUNG. PROVIDED ME WITH HIS CELL PHONE # IF PROBLEMS OCCURRED OVER HOLIDAY WEEKEND. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING.
