Dr. Oey is a fine General Practice Physician. Her staff will be her undoing. They are entirely and utterly incompetent. And absolutely rude when challenged with their own mistakes. They'll line their own pockets charging patients $25.00 for 'missed' appointments, when patients have properly and appropriately left vmail messages to change appt times. IT IS NOT THE PATIENT'S FAULT IF DR. OEY'S STAFF DON'T CHECK VAMIL FOR 3 DAYS! Dr. Oey is a decent, kind, caring GP. Her staff are a nightmare. We've been sent to hosp for tests on body parts we no longer have, have had scripts called in to wrong pharmacies even after discussing on phone, and we've been charged and sent nasty, nasty letters and suffered many calls from staff about 'missed' appointments, when we've advised the office appropriately. I'd recommend DR. Oey as a diligent GP, but we're leaving her practice due to her disrespectful and dishonest staff. I wonder how many times her staff have pocketed $25 from patients, then complained to Dr. Oey about them? Shameful. Just absolutely and utterly shameful.

Dr. Oey is a good Doctor but is not accessible as any sane and normal patient would like to have; To get the staff to book an appointment is a regular 20+ minute wait which in most cases results in them screening you out after assuming what condition you have; it almost seems as if they know medical science better than the Dr herself; They cross examine you on the phone and eventually would offer an appointment that is days away; You can not to go to a walk in clinic as you are bound to the clinic and its affiliations; UNLESS AS I LEARNT; YOU DEROSTER; Not sure if the practice has more patients than it can handle; The Dr can do better by providing easy access to book appointments and not have her patients be grilled on the phone.

I don't write comments to people often but I feel responsible to let future patients know that this Doctor has the WORST staff ever. You are asked for a 25 dollar fee if you were late or could not make to the apptment and the rude receptionist J will never take your excuses but the money. It is all about money money and money. Dr apptments meant nothing as everytime she will say "well, it is just virus, Drink Water, rest well and let's wait for a couple of days and if you still feel bad, come back" - what is the point of coming to the Dr? No medications all the time? We are glad that we found another good care giver in the region and abandoned this awful place.

Most amazing doctor and staff (Ashley and Jessica are amazing!!). They really listen and care why you are there. I feel blessed with the healthcare that Dr. Oey provides for me and my family.

Dr. Oey is a fantastic doctor however, she has the worse staff. They are very rude and always seem to be in a rush when speaking with you on the phone. Time alone with Dr. Oey is great, she's very prompt and helpful to ones needs. They need to get Kat the receptionist back!

Dr. Oey has a great way about her. When you are with her, you have her full attention. She really makes sure that you are satisifed with your visit. Always asking if there is anything else you want to talk about and she means it! Dr. Oey is a thorough and professional physician. I cannot recommend her more highly for both adults as well as children.

Dr. Oey is very caring, personable and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad visit and she always answers all of my questions. I'm lucky to have her as my doctor!!

Dr. Oey is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have had a few. She is very thorough, does a yearly complete physical and ensures that all aspects of my health are investigated. She makes herself readily available when I need to see her, and she genuinely cares about her patients. She is passionate about her work as a doctor, and open to making referrals to specialists when warranted. I cannot say enough good things about her, and very highly recommend her without any reservation whatsoever.
