I wish I could give neg. stars for her. She is the worst doctor. You can book an appointment and still be waiting an hour after said appointment time in the waiting room. Or even worse you can have an appointment, and when you show up shes not even there! No call to advise not to waste your time coming in, but if the patient misses an appointment they get charged? Doesn't seem right. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When ever you call she is away sick or on vacation. To top it all off she just changed her hours to Monday - Thursday 9AM to 4PM. Avoid her at all costs. She is rude and dismissive. I hate the fact she is my family doctor and I am actively searching for a new one.

No doubt about it - Dr Bulanski's attention detail caught and diagnosed an urgent problem I had - She got me in to hospital in time to save my life. Her staff are busy, knowledgeable and friendly. When out of the office she's usually working in the hospital.

Dr. Bulanski used to be my doctor until I was not able to make an appointment and she wanted to charge me $70 then when I didn't pay she took me off her patient list. As for my daughter she did the same thing because my daughter was very ill one weekend and she was not available so I had to take her to a walk in to seek treatment immediately. However prior to this she was constantly late, cancelled appointments, have her staff lying for her and when you finally had an appointment you have to wait a long time before you are attended to. She is not personable and very unprofessional. She is working in the wrong profession. Maybe patients should be the one to charge her for being late or not showing up.

Worst experience. Dr. Bulanski and has no bedside manners and I found the staff and Dr. to be very unprofessional. The clinic cancelled one of my appointments and proceeded to bill me with a 30$ invoice as a "no show/ no cancellation notice given". Needless to say I am changing physicians.

CANNOT stand her.Every time i go she is VERY rude and i TOTALLY am made to feel like i am a bother to her.The staff is ALWAYS running around looking like they DONOT know what they are doing.

She is new to me as a physician and I am not sure as yet to whether she is competent however I did find her to be pleasant and helpful and interested. Her staff however could present better. I found them to be very helpful however their appearance did not live up to a "tidy" overall look that I expect from nurses or staff in a medical office.

I have Dr bulanski over 6years, now. I hard see hardly her, thank God, lately I have been trying to see her over a month, nothing is happening. you booked appointment, it cancelled behind you without any phones calls to give you heads up.. recently I went to the office, wrote down my name and 5mins later the nurse said, DR is not coming. This has gone on for so long and it needs to stop. the follow day which was sunday I went again because I really need to see her, this time, the whole door was not opened. we were standing outside like dummies. It was very embarrassing. Now she has no sense of respect for her patients. therefore am looking for a doctor.

Dr. Bulanski is an okay doctor. I haven't seen her many times and I hardly ever get calls from her unless I went to another doctor. only thing i would say is that I went there once after passing out and they sent me to emerge instead of just treating me there. i felt fine, i had dont the protocal and was driven in from guelph and they sent me away.

This doctor is not what I would call a good doctor. She's just doing it FOR A PAY CHECKS AT LEAST THAS HOW SHE MAKES ME FEEL EVERY TIME I GO.She doesn't care what you do. She eats while she has her clents in her office, she is messy and her office is very dirty. She never returns calls and if so two weeks later.SHE EVEN HAS CLAIMS AGAINST HER... I WONDER WHY!

Dr. Emily Bulanski has been my family's doctor for 2 years now and I find her to be amazing. She's easy to talk to and she actually takes the time to listen to you. She's very knowledgeable and if she's unsure about something, she'll call someone who would know right when you're in the office with her. If you have a 10am appointment, you probably won't actually see her till an hour or so later, but that's because she takes the time to ask you questions and listens to all of your questions and concerns. A small price to pay for the quality of service you receive from her. :)

The wait was long, but she was covering for my doctor and had an emergency come up and was therefore running behind. Once I got to see her, she was very thorough, didn't seem to be in a rush at all. She introduced herself and then asked me questions pertaining to my issue. She explained things for me. I had to go for blood work and she told me to call the office around noon. If the results aren't in, they would call for them. She also said that if I wasn't feeling better by Saturday to come back to see her.
