Good nature, welcoming, very helpful, but always seems as she is in a rush leading to an already sensitive situation for the patient turning to a bit intimidating when it comes to asking a variety of questions, and the doctor appearing she is hyper and in a rush. More time spent would be recommended, and confirmation of understanding would be good.
