I have moved 2 hours away from Dr.Kolks practice. I remain to have her as a Dr. Our family has never had a Dr. that cares and is as efficient as her. It is worth driving 2 hrs every 3 months to have our medical needs looked after.

Dr. Kolk is an awesome physician. The thing I appreciate most about her, is that she takes the time to listen and is never disrespectful to my thoughts or concerns. I never feel rushed and I always feel like she genuinely cares about her patients.
