Dr. Light a true professional and caring individual. His is wonderful with exception of the receptionist. She could definitely learn people skills and not be so unapproachable. Doesn't smile. Ignores you when you are standing in front of her. Just plain rude.

Dr. Light is the best doctor I've ever had and truly cares about his patients. It's just a pity I can't give his receptionists the same rating.

Very caring doctor, doesn't rush you and easy to talk to. His staff are also very kind and personable. Reception lacks people skills. Very irritating when they know you are standing in front of them and they won't look at you. Just nod to acknowledge the patients.. Very simple to do.

Just hard to get through sometimes by phone. Nurse calls and then play phone tag for days until you get through. Otherwise a great Doctor.

My only complaint is the inability contact the office during lunch time. This Dr. is the sweetest, kindest man. He was the one who helped my with my alcoholism. Highly recommended.

His office is terrible at answering the phone. The office closes for an hour and a half at lunch further limiting the ability to get through on the phone. I have been on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. After hours, there is no clear direction that phones are not answered - even when the office is open. You can not phone to say you are running late a few minutes or anything after 4:00 pm.

Dr. Light is the absolute best doctor I've ever had. He is a very caring man and I feel so comfortable when I have to go to him even though I'm terrified of doctors! Thank you Dr. Light!
