Although she is quite lovely, it is evident that Dr. Murthy is relatively new. She has made assumptions, rather than listening. On more than one occasion, I have had to see her twice, in order for her to "hear" actual symptoms or recognize urgency. I've had to return for follow up visits because her initial diagnosis has been incorrect; when I've had to search "Dr. Google" and return to her with the correct diagnosis. On occasion, she has been required to look symptoms up during a visit. Twice, she has not physically looked at the ailment that I have reported. In stead, she has written a prescription. She is completely supportive, once we have determined the required support. Working with Dr. Murthy, is a definite reminder that one is required to be an advocate, for one's own health & care. Dr. Murthy works in a clinic; where there are four General Practitioners, where the support staff are professional and proficient.

Young doctor who has a lot of growing up to do. One issue per visit even when we drive 30 minutes to see her. Her personality seemed quite cold and uncaring. Very defensive and didn't click with my teenagers so that was a deal breaker too. She'll learn, but not with us.
