I seen him in emergency a couple of days ago. He looked at my problem and told me of my options. I agreed upon him taking a biopsy and after he told me if were him he would see a specialist. He explained in detail and was very understandable. He asked the nurse to contact and try and get me in quickly to see the specialist. Great Doctor, goood care

Maybe it was because I was from out-of-province that I received poor care from this doctor??? I came into Chatham ER with rib, wrist, & ankle injuries after a fall. He did not even touch me or come close enough to visually examine me, just ordered x-rays for my wrist & ankle, then treatment for a fractured ankle. So he didn't see the chest bruising either. Much later I discovered that the radiologist recommended further examination of my wrist for possible fracture, which was not done. How can you make a proper diagnosis without a proper exam???
