I'm not sure if it is the staff or the doctor being too cheap to hire a proper receptionist. The phone is either busy or you are put on hold for a long, long time until you wonder if they forgot about you. You hang up and redial, and it is busy again, you finally get through and they immediately put you on hold again with no explanation. What an unprofessional way to treat patients. No wonder her patients' blood pressure goes up. Frustration. Cop up some money and hire a proper receptionist. Good Grief! One receptionist for 4 doctors. Your staff must be really stressed out.

Dr. Daskalopoulos is friendly, caring and very thorough. She listens carefully and makes very thoughtful medication choices which generally work well. If she isn't sure about a diagnosis she sends patient to a specialist. She is wonderful.

Found Dr. Daskalopoulos to be rude. Interrupting a patient midsentence is disrespectful. Demonstrated a lack of concern and was more interested in the next task at hand. She did not have the answers to questions which would be acceptable if she looked them up to help the patient as a follow through.

Dr Daskalopoulos is a fantastic dr who is extremely knowledgeable and timely. She recently delivered my daughter and she was extremely confident and cool under pressure. Fantastic Physcian.
