My mother's file had not been forwarded to the doctor for this initial visit. However, the receptionist tracked it down, and once with the doctor, we truly appreciated the patience and caring manor in which Dr. Reen treated my mother. He tested her for both cognitive and physical abilities and was quite helpful.
