If there's a 0, I would rate 0 to this office! Full of rude people (from receptionist to doctor) and attitude. What kind of doctor would refuse to give paper prescription?? They said they only fax them to pharmacies, well, what if I don't have a fixed pharmacy? Or you made a mistake when faxing them because you said you fax the day's prescriptions all out at once? I told her my pharmacy didn't receive it, she said then change your pharmacy, it's a waste to my time to re-fax it. Asked her why didn't you just hand me the prescription so you don't have to go through this? The reply I got? "it's harder for me and for you that way". Anyone with half a brain would know this is BS!! I would never go there even if I'm dying!!
