She has been my doctor for about 10 years. Doesn't over prescribe medication, which I like. However, she does not review specialist reports in my file, which I don't like. What if she missed something? This year, I paid her office the $100 fee, so that I could obtain a copy of these reports. I had already visited her office twice in 2016 and kept asking for copies of specialist reports with no luck. Finally got a hold of her this evening. She reviewed the scanned copies on her computer. She said that the report I wanted wasn't there (I had already confirmed with the specialist that it had been sent to her) and she refused to pull my file to check. She told me to call the specialist office for it and pay their charge. After I had already paid her? Hmm

Dr Train has been my family's doctor since 1998 and we would not change to anyone else. Very professional, knowledgable, kind hearted and the staff are wonderful.
