I've been a patient of Dr Bates since I was 16 (I'm 41 now). She is also the GP for my twin 9 year olds. She isn't always on schedule but she's a fabulous, caring, connected doctor who really cares about her patients.

Dr. Bates has been our family doctor for approximately 25 years. Always caring, very knowledgeable. We are now a few hours away from her practice since we moved but do not wish to change doctors because of the service we have always received from her and her staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bates for over 20 years, and she has always been genuine and caring. She is very helpful and listens to what is being said, rather than assuming what the problem is and sending me on my way. I have never had a problem with her during all of my years of being a patient. Staff is always friendly and efficient, and wait times are reasonable. Dr. Bates is very knowledgeable and I am glad to have her as my family doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Bates for 20 years. She is an excellent, caring doctor and is now my children's doctor as well. Her staff may not be the most efficient, friendly bunch but they get things done.

Dr Bates has been my doctor for over 20 years. I became her patient when she opened her new practice in Aurora many many years ago. Dr Bates has always been a very good doctor. She is even better now with an organized staff who don't over book her appointments. When my little girl repeatedly fell ill and had blood test results return that were very concerning, Dr Bates contacted us at home several times, ensured that we had her after hours contact information, and kept us updated after hours when it came to further results. When we had to take her to Emerg Dr Bates ensured we had a note for the attending to update them on what had been going on with my little girl medically. I have shown up without an appointment several times and she has always made time to see me. She is a lovely, caring, knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner and a true dedication to her patients.

Dr. Bates has been my family doctor for 20 years. She has always gone beyond her call of duty to assist me and my family (children) with serious health issues such as calling me when I was just a young mother and had a 1 year old with chicken pox - Dr Bates called during her week off to check on us. When I was in harsh chemotherapy treatment for a year she called weekly (as I lived too far to come to her at the time) and she monitored my blood results daily. I had another baby born who fell ill at 5 weeks of age, he was admitted to hospital in newmarket -- Dr. Bates came to the hospital that night on her way home from work to check if there was something she could assist with. She is an exceptional woman, a talented doctor, and has a heart like no other. I feel truly blessed to have had her as our family physician all these years, and I hope she will be for many more.
