Since Dr. Seghal left this office needs some secretarial help. The new doctor is ggod but her staff is terrible. Dr. Patel your staff are pulling down your reputation. Please look for new hires and you can change the ethnic background. Other ethnicities can do a good work as well or even better in this case.

The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Patel is also very careless, she leaves mid way in the conversation saying she's very busy when there is nobody in her waiting area. terrible place

Nice Doctor. Long wait time always. Average of 10 min on hold whenever I try to call. No voice message service available. Office is open at 9 however answering machine is still on after 9:30 indicating the office as closed. If it weren't for the Doctor I would def find elsewhere to go. The staff needs training in dealing with people in general. Still on hold while writing this. Going on 15 min now....
