I took my 3 year-old to the Westway walk-in clinic on Saturday. Granted my son, who is not fond of doctors in general, was particularly difficult this time. He was crying and hysterical. However, this doctor's approach and attitude only made the experience even more difficult. As I desperately tried to calm and restrain my son who was seeking the exit door the moment the Dr entered the room, Dr Sebastian proceeded to make himself comfortable in his seat without even saying hi and opened his gadget to start the interview. I began telling him my son's condition and he then had a brief look into both ears while I struggled to hold my son in place. He returned to his gadget and I guess he asked me a question which I couldn't hear clearly because of my son's continued crying, and his reaction was to yell out, "HELLOOO.....HOW MUCH DOES HE WEIGH?" He had a cold, angry look which is totally nontherapeutic for a healthcare practitioner to portray towards his patients and their families. This character has no business being in this noble profession. I am 100% sure that there are more patients and families out there who have had similar experiences with this so-called Dr but due to the demographics in the area being mostly immigrants, people perhaps are not aware of the existence of this rating tool and hence no reviews at all for this so-called Dr before me!!
