She may run late occasionally but when you are one on one she has your undivided attention except for emergencies. She is great to get you off to see specialists. To have her husband Paul in the same office, it's amazing how they consult each other from time to time. It's like having 2 doctors taking care of you. She is always cheery and says it like it is. She is a fantastic advocate for the children with special needs. It's amazing how she can be an energizer bunny and help so many people. Is it worth the wait...yes absolutely...does it frustrate me some times...yes...I just plan for a wait just in case and it's all good it the end. The way I look at it...someone needed her more than the slotted time and she got backed up a bit. We all need her and she's awesome. We're lucky to have her!
