He sometimes uses his PC to google symptons when taking certain medication. No joke. One time when I told him I was stressed around the holidays with depression and worried about work he said, I don't care. Again, no joke.

Does not look me in the eye when I'm articulating issues. Seems defeatist and lacks imagination finding solutions or alternatives, makes me feel that I'm inconveniencing or bothering him with my concerns. Has me wondering if Lim himself has issues he is hiding and patient care is suffering due to his lack of focus and effort.

He and his staff are very helpful and attentive. I don't worry about "falling through the cracks" as I've worked in doctors' offices myself so know it can happen.
