I loved having Dr.Metcalfecas my doctor. MJ his secretary was horrible. People come to the doctor because THEY ARE SICK. MJs abrassiveness is very dangerous for patients. I myself need constant care due to many medical conditions and there were a few times I just didn't bother for fear of nastily being spoken to. She needs to retire! The other nurses who work there were awesome...just not MJ

Mary-Jane has the patience of "Job". She is thorough even though the pace she keeps is unprecedented. Thank you for your kindness. Dr. Metcalfe is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Even through his own illness, he still makes sure I am cared for professionally. He always has a smile.

People come to the dr.s because they are sick.mmit is EXTREMELY upsetting to have to deal with an overly unkind, rude receptionist just to book an appointment. This makes patients NOT WANT TO CALL, which can be very dangerous to the overall care of the patient. Has no one ever complained to Dr.Metcalfe regarding this? I switched Dr.s because of this and due to their office hours being cut and never being able to get through to make an appointment. I did LOVE Dr.Metcalfe though. Very knowledgeable and caring. MJ should have bedn fired a long time ago.

I can not believe how hard it is to be able to speak to someone on the phone. Today alone I have tried calling since 1:50 pm it is now 230 and still all I get a busy signal. Even trying to get a follow up on meds. WOW

I have found the DR ver chatty however he does not follow up when he is suppose to, it is extremely hard to get an appointment with him as he is always sick, at least that is what Jane always says. looking for a new DR now as my partner needs constant monitoring with his meds being changed until it is right.

I used to think very highly of this doctor (seen him for about 10 yrs now) as he took me on having many many issues needing medical attention. He was so kind, caring, attentive. patient and very knowledgable. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. For the past 6 months something is very very different. I feel as though I am a hinderence to him and his staff. It is to the point where I do not feel comfortable attending there anymore. I don't know what to do because I definitely need to be followed by a doctor. Mary Jane must suffer from bi-polar because she most often a hideous individual. At times, she is empathetic however quite quickly returns to being hideous. I do think she knows what she is doing but she should not treat people the way she gets away with treating them.

I have been reluctant about doctors for years now. Personal reasons. Dr Metcalfe is thorough, personable, caring, upbeat, and I trust him with my life. MJ: you are awesome! Thank you for all you do! Takes a lot of patience, to deal with patients!

My health has gone down since in his care. Hasn't resolved a long time issue I've had and won't run tests to find problem.
