Dr. Hope is a no nonsense type of Dr. You should come prepared for your appointment and be able to articulate exactly what you need. It's always important to stand your ground in anything that is important to you. So if you feel differently let her know. She probably would not have a problem with that. The staff has always been helpful and professional from my experience.

Doesn't seem to really pay attention to symptoms and is always ready to prescribe a medication but not to figure out what is causing the underlining issues. Totally frustrating to deal with

The lady who answers the phone tries to diagnose instead of making an appointment. The nurse says, "It's probably nothing". No follow up. Doesn't take my concerns seriously
