Is always there, when you need him. Very knowledgeable and will send you to a specialist,if needed. He also is listening! His Staff, is pleasant, quick and very helpful.

Very professional business. Dr. Chu a nice,funny and welcoming doctor. I can really be my self when with him. It is hard to get through on the phone system which is frustrating; I can only assume there are too many patients and too few doctors. The front desk seems nice enough too!

I seem to always have trouble with the phone system - I hate it! Am I the only one caught in a loop? I don't know if anyone will ever answer or if I should hang up and start again. It's easier to go to the office to book appointments. Not at all a good system!

When we lost our original family physician, we were VERY afraid that it was unlikely that we would ever be lucky enough to have a fabulous family doctor again....Our referral to Dr.Chu was seamless (going back a few years)and we are so very lucky to have a wonderful family physician again....the entire office seems very dedicated to their respective duties, I have witnessed first hand the amount of time the entire staff spends on trying to resolve issues of patients, and I haven't met an unkind person there yet!! My wife and I feel kinda special there, and I'm sure most of this office's patients come back, because they WANT to, when needed!

Dr. Chu has been fantastic. I've gone through some major health issues over the past few years and he's gone above and beyond to help me. The entire office is always helpful and accommodating. I didn't think I'd like the same day appointments, but I do.

good doctor but away frequently. do not like the 2nd degree over the phone when trying to make an apointment. need to book appointments not on the fly. please fix this not everyone can just leave work and go.

I feel that I am well cared for. I am very happy with my treatment and his concern for my well being. Thorough almost to a fault. He was running late and still refused to rush my appointment. This thoroughness likely causes him to run late. Still I HATE the way that appointments need to be made.
