Fantastic Doctor! Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend him to anybody. In addition, his medical administrative staff, Kelly and Kelly, is of the same high caliber. Together they make the best medical team I have ever encountered.

I have been seeing Dr. Picard since I had a car accident 5 years ago. I love this doctor so much. He has been wonderful for me. Unbelievable doctor. Too bad other doctors are not like him ! Wonderful man, explains everything, even when I ask him to explain things to me over and over, never loses his patience with me. Beautiful smile too ! Just an amazing doctor !! His staff is very very nice too !!

Dr. Picard received a referral for my daughter on a Friday morning and made space to see her the following Monday. He is a very nice man and seems to really care about helping human kind.
