Dr. MacNay listens to parent concerns, and addresses them with respect. He is a very intelligent man, with great bedside manner, both with the children and their parents. I am always very pleased with our appointments (which do tend to run late as he doesn't rush his patients out the door!)

He has been my sons paediatrician for almost 9 years. He is very knowledgeable in his field, I trust him, and he is always available to answer any questions I have.

About 3 years ago we went to see him because an on-going fever of my daughter's, who was 2 YO at the time. He looked at her and said she's very pale. He send us to McMaster, where she was diagnosed with Leukemia. He was always ready and available to talk to us and still is. I trust him! And that's a lot. I trust his knowledge.
