very hard to get through when looking to book an appointment, if sometimes call is answered, kept on hold for indefinite period. have tried whole day and no answer. Also when abnormal lab results come back, office will not call you to come in to talk to doctor. Do not accommodate for an early appointment in matters requiring immediate attention. long appointment dates usually 2 weeks or over

I have had Dr Sharma for 7 years now never had a problem getting through the phone or getting an appointment. The best of her is that she has no problem referring you to a specialist if further answers are required.

Gives additional charges for everything. As her patient you can not go to a walkin clinic- ever. Not the cleanest office either.

Dr. Sharma and her staff answer the phone promptly---You just have to know her schedule (Thursday=Late office hours. Fri =Caledonia Practice)Every other day they answer the phone promptly, and return all calls. You can not plz some people. Her and her staff are profesional and kind. Dr Sharma is caring, she listens, and i believe she is a very good Dr. The posted note about calling back to check test results is a good idea( In case someone very busy HAPPENED to make a mistake and not notify you ) She is not afraid to send you to a specialist to address an issue you may have(Unlike other Dr's I have had in the past) Good Dr . Good Person

Can never get an answer when you try to call and book an appt. Office called asking I call them back, have tried for the last 4 days and no answer. Also when abnormal lab results come back, office will not call you to come in to talk to doctor, if you want your results you need to book an appt. Currently in the process of looking for a new physician. Doctor is very nice and through, office very disorganized. Honestly can't say many nice things about her practice.

Only way one could get through to this office is if they didn't work and sat by phone hitting redial all day. Once you get through, you are made to feel you are bothering them. I gave up and went to walk-in clinic and now in search of new Physician

Cannot get through to her office since the beginning of January/12 either caledonia or hamilton. Since she is closing her caledonia office and her staff not answering the phone it seems I will have to find a new family doctor.

Never call on the phone can't get through never send information on due to no one is never in the office Husband has heart problems but its hard never getting a doctor. Office calls house leaves a message to call the office no ones answers. Can only have appointments at the am if not able to book this time I have not had a physcial for 2years and I have health problems.
