I really like Dr. Pinto. She's always been really nice to me and listens to me when I'm talking. She's helped me a lot with my medical needs. The staff is good too, I've never had a problem with them.

Our family doctor of many years retired and we transitioned to Dr. Pinto. Every time one of us went to discuss a problem she would challenge the tried & proven therapies of previous specialists and refer us to other specialists, who would invariably prescribe the same therapies as before. Not a good listener, either to us as patients or for that matter, the specialists. What a waste of our time!! Our new family doctor was puzzled by her approach and has accepted us as new patients while continuing the therapies as before.

She has been rude to me and my entire family every time any of us has been in for an appointment with her. Any time you come in with any kind of medical issue, she treats you as though she thinks you're lying to her and wasting her time, and sometimes even says so to your face. Even when you're genuinely sick, she'll call you a liar before she'll give you any kind of help. My family are seriously considering finding another doctor.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have only been a patient a short while but have had to see walk in clinic doctors because I cannot get a hold of anyone to book an appointment. When appointment is booked she is thorough with testing but very quick to prescribe.

I have never had a better Doctor. She is very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, does not rush you, her people skills are excellent, she is very thorough when you have a concern. I am very fortunate to have her as my Doctor.
