Gave different answers to the same problem in 2 visits, and was unbelievably condescending both times. I had to rate his knowledge as a 1 because he said I needed further testing for a potentially ominous problem and later when I brought it up he was ridiculing, "why would we do that??, nothing suggests you have that, don't put illness in your head!". Always rude, always condescending.

Dr Harper is an extremely knowledgable caring doctor who listens very intently to his patients concerns and does everything he can to address them.
