Can't get through to the office to make an appointment, no email address for reception (what year is this?!), immpossible to get an appointment within a month and cancels appointments when you finally get an appointment.

I just love Dr. Priesnitz! For years, i was stuck with an absolutely terrible family doctor, but because of the shortage was never able to switch. When she retired, Dr. Priesnitz took over and I couldn't be happier. She is very efficient, compassionate and friendly. I always feel very comfortable asking her anything. I have had a few run ins with rude receptionist staff, but given the shortage of Drs in Ontario, it's not something to complain about.
