Met Dr. Reed on a follow-up visit following an internal procedure. Even though he had not completed the procedure, he had obviously familiarized himself with my file and was well prepared to respond to my questions and advise me on a future course of action. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and professional.

I went into Hotel Dieu hospital for possible broken ribs and as he was checking me with the ultra sound he says to me in a loud voice : "you're Big","how much do you weigh", I can't even get a clear shot. I have been struggling with my weight and has brought me some depression, still today I think about this. How dare him be little me not only in front of my husband but the 10 other people curtains away. I did walk out of there about 6 hrs later after waiting for results of a cat scan that were probably ready long before he came back holding his box of Timbits... with confirmation of about 2 cracked ribs. Arrogant and condescending would be the right description.
