I started with Dr. Nowak when I moved to Kingston but I should have kept looking. Bad attitude towards questions, shot down inquires/concerns to be insignificant when asked. Left and finally found a Dr. who listens and cares. On the way to the right treatment. Maybe she is only good at delivering babies.

Dr Nowak herself is AMAZING. I have been going to her for over 10 years. However it has become next to impossible to book an appointment that isn't 6+weeks away. Your scheduled appointment is NEVER on time, it's very difficult to get through on the phone line and I have felt rushed in every appointment for the last 2 years. It's truly sad as she is a great doctor.

Dr. Nowak is a wonderful Dr that puts you at ease when you see her. Explains everything you need to know and a caring and concerned Dr. Her nurse is extremely king and the rest of the staff are top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Nowak

Dr. Nowak has been my GP for many years and I really do appreciate her to bits .. as I do Patty the clinic nurse. However it has become a nightmare to book an appointment that would be sooner than over a month away. I have been recently ill, had 2 trips to the ER (the ER doctor wanted me to see Dr. Nowak within days of being there) and having tried most of last week with no luck, it is very STRESSFUL and upsetting. I don't want to change doctors, but the front desk staff is totally unhelpful and has left me hanging here.

Dr.Nowak definitely cares about her patients and has made myself and children feel very much at ease during any of our visits.
