I had an appointment for 10:00, but arrived early because of the Kingston Access Bus schedule. I brought a book, prepared for a 3/4 hour wait. I got my "PRE-OP" done and was out by 10:05. The punctuality with which this clinic / Doctor operate is "COMMENDABLE" !
