The note about not returning messages - that isn't a doctor issue - did you tell him??? That is a staff issue. Aside from sometimes being late (due to his patient care) it would be difficult to find better and he is not a pill pusher

Might be a bit late for appointments, but that's only because he is being extremely helpful to the previous patient, you can expect the same outstanding treatment when he gets to you....he is amazing
